I'd like to slow down growth of rkgk since I assume it'll be quite expensive to run people's brushes and do lots of image processing on the server. Here are the rules I was thinking of:

New accounts will have very limited storage capacity. This shouldn't be too much of a problem as I'd like walls to be easily savable to and loadable from disk.
You can request an upgrade, or permission to invite, by messaging me. Later on when the site becomes somewhat stable, it might make sense to switch to a Lobsters-like system, where we enable invites for users after they've had their accounts exist for a certain period of time.

Note that this will require implementing some more sophisticated account system, probably involving emails. It's a bunch of complexity I don't want to add right now.
